FoxFire Breathworks is a small business started in 2023 by Nick Fox, and is an extension of Nick's practices around Breathwork, Deliberate Cold Exposure, and Sauna. He built the mobile Sauna at Lake Nokomis in 2024, and the mobile Sauna at Bde Maka Ska in 2025. The saunas will remain in their respective parking lots and will be open for public use as long as the Parks continue to issue permits. 10% of all proceeds at the sauna go back to Minneapolis Parks. FoxFire and the Parks have a good relationship and we hope to keep it that way!
