If you are looking to book a seat in the Sauna at Lake Nokomis, here is some helpful information for navigating the site. There are THREE different Sauna sign up options:
If you do not see a time under the heading, that means the time slot is already filled. If you want to know how many seats are left for a particular time, send me a note below and I will respond promptly.
Each seat is $30 for an 80 minute session. Each session can accommodate up to six people. If you want to reserve a time slot for your whole group, it costs $175 and you can make the reservation by sending me a note below.
Most people stay in the sauna for 15-20 minutes, then take a break in the lake to cool off, and start again. An 80 minute session allows for three to four rounds of this relaxing contrast therapy in nature. The sauna will be kept at between 175 and 205 Fahrenheit.
